Write a “How to …” post with clearly defined step and with relevant images, these could even be screenshots.

Make a video of your product and embed this into your post via YouTube.  An alternative is to link to someone else’s video and write a short summary. Remember to credit the original source correctly, firstly because its the right thing to do but secondly they may respond and share with their followers – thus increasing your exposure and raising your brand awareness.

Audio and video testimonials are a great way to get valuable customer feedback.  Email your clients with a list of short questions so that they can prepare their answers prior to you arriving to record them.

Link to a news story or blog post that you have read during the week – this is important … Don’t forget to give your comments, views, opinions on the post.
